Children Paint Eggs-cellent Masterpieces for Easter!

Squire’s Garden Centre in Washington has rounded up a week of Easter celebrations with an Easter eggcup painting competition for children aged 3 to 16. The competition was judged on Good Friday with two budding artists winning a hamper full of chocolate goodies and a voucher to come back and paint again.

Store manager Amy Swyer said, “The painting competition was well received by all that took part this year. It was great fun for the children to be able to be as creative as they liked and the eggcups produced were of a really high standard.”

The centre in Washington has a pottery-painting studio, Mambo Jambo’s, open all year, for adults and children alike to unleash their artistic flair and create their very own masterpieces to take home and enjoy.
