Squire’s Garden Centre in Washington is celebrating this week after it unveiled its stunning new look plant area in time for the spring! The newly re-developed area features increased space to plants, ornaments, pots fencing and compost, a new tarmac floor with logical paths and a new range of architectural products. Squire’s has also reduced over 5,000 prices around the centre since it took over the centre in 2011.
The significant £160,000 investment has transformed the outdoor plant area into an easy to navigate customer friendly space, providing the perfect setting for a fantastic selection of plants, shrubs and trees. Staffed by Squire’s Horticultural experts customers can ask them anything they need to know about their planting needs in order to create their own garden haven at home.
The area features some of the brand new varieties for 2012 including the Dicentra Spectabilis ‘Valentine’ and the Heuchera ‘Berry Smoothie’.
Amy Swyer, Washington General Manager, said “It’s a really exciting development for us, and as always, we’re committed to offering the very best plants and gardening products to the local community. The stunning design means that we’re providing an attractive and inspiring garden centre for our customers as well as an improved working environment for our staff”.
