Silver Medal Success for Squire's Garden Centres

Squire's are delighted to have been awarded a Silver Medal at this years' Royal Horticultural Society Hampton Court Palace Flower Show for their stunning exhibit, The Well Garden.

Colin Squire says "This lovely garden is created around a beautiful ornamental well which has been designed for us by Burvills of Cobham, specialists in handcrafted ironwork; they have also provided elaborate railings and a gate. The inclusion of this ironwork shows how structures within a garden can make the space both striking and original. The planting has been arranged in circular patterns to mirror the well, and this year Squire's are thrilled to be exhibiting three new clematis varieties on the stand from the celebrated clematis breeder Raymond Evison. These are Reflections, Amethyst Beauty and Shimmer."

The Well Garden is packed with colour and scent with pinks, greens, soft blues and lavender the signature colours. An incredible hanging arrangement over the central well is overflowing with patio favourites, and the rest of the garden includes roses, climbers and a wide variety of cottage garden plants in beautifully blending shades.
Inspirational, yet not out of reach for all good gardeners, the Squire's Well Garden creates a look that is achievable at home by using proven plant varieties that do well in most gardens and are readily available to the public in garden centres.

Squire's have exhibited at every Hampton Court Flower Show since the show began over 20 years ago and this year's exhibit can seen in the Floral Marquee, Stand No FM17. The show is open from Tuesday 6th July to Sunday 11th July.
