Rose Show at our Shepperton Centre

The upcoming weeks are exciting for us at Squire’s. I will be posting more about Hampton Court Flower Show and the construction of our garden there soon, but for now I’d tell you about our rose show coming to Shepperton on the 28th-29th June.

Roses really encapsulate the beauty and artistry of Mother Nature. They take care, but they are worth nurturing as they’re so beautiful – which is why I’m so proud that Squire’s is able to host the Royal National Rose Society Show next week.

There will be a number of top rose growers coming from all over the country – for them this is an opportunity to win points which will contribute to the overall championships. We’ve hosted the Southern Show for over thirty years, and this year as well as being taken to Shepperton, there will be a floral art show which my father has organised. I do hope you will come along, as it’s always a fantastic event and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to ask the experts any questions you have about your own roses. As a company we do pride ourselves on bringing you expert advice to help you get the most out of your gardens, and the rose show is a perfect chance to tackle any issues you have – as well as just admiring the beautiful roses on show.

It’s set to be a lovely weekend – we’ve even got a local jazz band, The Panama Cafe Orchestra, playing. I’m very excited and I do hope you will join us. And.. it’s free!

It’ll be on from 12.30-5pm on Saturday and 10.30am-4.30pm on Sunday. There’s more information on our website so do have a look and come along.
