Tree & Shrub Department Head (Full time, alternate weekends)
Shepperton Garden Centre

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brand new garden centre in Shepperton, which is, after a complete redevelopment, due to open in early 2011.
You will be responsible for the brand new Tree & Shrub Department. It will have an extensive and well stocked plant area, together with a comprehensive selection of all the latest garden products.
You will have a passion for plants and also be experienced and qualified in this area. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, be highly motivated, commercially aware and able to create dynamic displays.
You will also be responsible for line managing a team of people and for motivating and inspiring them to offer the highest customer service standards.

Assistant Garden Centre Manager (Full time, alternate weekends)
Shepperton Garden Centre

You will line manage a team of people, motivating and inspiring them to deliver the best possible shopping experience for our customers. You will also thrive in a fast paced environment, be highly motivated, commercially aware and able to create dynamic displays.
