An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our garden centre in Frensham.
The Customer Service Desk is the main area of the centre for our customers to seek advice and receive a warm and friendly welcome. Customer service and supervisory experience is essential.
You will have excellent computer skills for raising credit requests, stock movements, email coordination, ordering stationery and dealing with customer queries. You will have the ability to answer the telephone and directing calls to the right person.
You will be responsible for giving the best possible advice and service to our customers and ensuring your team do the same. You will also be responsible for the till operation, ensuring our tills are maintained to a high level and queues are kept to a minimum.
You will be flexible, highly motivated and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
