Fresh New Flavours for Spring & Summer at Squire’s Café Bars
Squire’s Garden Centres has introduced a delicious selection of new seasonal dishes to its Café Bar menus for spring and summer. Carefully curated to offer vibrant and wholesome options, the five new main dishes provide something for every taste and appetite!
The tasty new additions join Squire’s popular line-up of freshly prepared food and drink selection, perfect for a relaxed break while shopping or a meet-up with friends and family. As the warmer weather approaches, Café Bar customers can look forward to al fresco dining too, enjoying the unique views of centres’ Plant Areas*.
The line-up of new dishes now available across all Squire’s Café Bars includes:
- Butternut Squash, Chickpea & Spinach Curry (V, VG) – A warming vegan curry served with rice, garlic & coriander naan bread, and mango chutney.
- Phat™ Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji Pasty (V,VG) – Packed with flavour and served with salad garnish and mango chutney – and winner of the 2025 British Pie Awards in the pasty category.
- Italian Style Pasta Salad – A chilled pesto pasta dish with mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach, rocket and balsamic glaze – perfect for sunny days.
- Spartacus Salad (V) – A bold Greek-inspired salad featuring orzo, black rice, feta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, mint and a lemon & mustard dressing.
- Traditional Pork Pie – A classic choice, paired with apple & cider chutney, piccalilli and a dressed salad garnish.

Café Bar visitors can use the new reward App, ‘Friends of Squire’s’, to order food and drink quickly and easily, as well as collecting stamps towards a free hot drink. The App is easy to download as well as use on every visit!
