Garden Advice at The Lightbox
The Lightbox garden will be part of the Horsell Garden Safari on Saturday 22nd June
The Lightbox courtyard garden is participating in this year’s Horsell Garden Safari on Saturday 22nd June. The garden was originally designed as part of the Gertrude Jekyll celebrations held by The Lightbox in 2013 and is supported by Squire’s Gardens Centres. The garden will be open from 10.30am to 5pm, and a plant expert from Squire’s will be on hand from 2-4pm to answer your gardening questions. There will also be a garden inspired afternoon tea to enjoy in Seasons Cafe.
The Lightbox garden includes a stunning wisteria and climbing roses that bring glorious colour and scent for everyone to enjoy.
Marilyn Scott, Director of The Lightbox commented, “We are delighted to be taking part in the 2019 Horsell Garden Safari and wanted to take the opportunity to thank Colin and Sarah Squire, and the whole team at Squire’s Garden Centres, for their continuing support of The Lightbox and our canal side courtyard garden. This important community facility is enjoyed by Lightbox visitors and the local community alike year after year. Squire’s involvement shows true commitment to helping charitable organisations like ours fulfil our social purpose of improving the quality of life of its community. We thank them for all their support over the last 12 years “
