The talk will be given by Helen Carpenter-Waters, who has over 35 years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry, and has been awarded Fitness Leader of the Year. Helen is not taking a fee from the talk, instead she has asked that all proceeds are donated to Phyllis Tuckwell, a charity close to her heart.
She will explain the many benefits of balancing your gut microbiome, which include:
