Elaeagnus Viveleg has stunning variegated green and yellow leaves with a rough, silvery hue. This is a sturdy, dense evergreen which is fantastic to use for hedging or a border shrub. This shrub can tolerate exposed conditions and will highlight shades of blues and purples in your garden. The variegation will be more noticeable when the shrub is planted in full sun, however this shrub can also be planted in shady aspects. A well drained but moist soil is perfect for this shrub and the potential height is 2.5 metres with the potential spread of 2 metres after 10 years growth.
