These asparagus crowns are the perfect way to grow your own Pacific purple asparagus. This sweet & tender asparagus is excellent for salads. It is best to plant these in the spring or autumn and the harvesting period is spring. A limited amount can be harvested in the second year after planting but from the third year all new spears can be collected. This pack contains 2 asparagus crowns. Asparagus plants prefer well-drained soil with a position in full sun.
