Ceanothus Thrysiflorus repens, also known as Californian Lilac, is a popular evergreen shrub perfect for your beds and borders. This variety is a vigorous low growing spreading shrub which in May / June is covered with light blue flowers, ideal for attracting pollinators. It is a hardy variety that likes full sun and is generally low maintenance requiring no regular pruning. It is best grown in moist but well drained neutral to alkaline soils. The potential height is 1.5m and the potential spread is 4m over 10 years.
