Dryopteris erythrosora is a wonderful, hardy fern that makes for a fantastic addition to your beds and borders. In spring, the fresh new fronds appear a coppery-pink that turn a bright green as they age. The Copper shield fern is semi-evergreen allowing it to maintain its foliage almost all year-round. This plant enjoys a position in full to partial shade and moist but well-drained soil. The potential height and spread of this fern are 75cm.
