This plant makes a statement in any garden. The bright red serrated foliage stands out in a crowd and contrasts with the pinky-white flowers. In autumn it displays red berries and as the plant ages the bark will begin to peel away adding a textural feel to the border. Prune back to encourage new growth after flowering.
