Foremost has an excellent flavour with a waxy white flesh and white skin. This potato is easy to cook and resistant to disintegration when boiled, making it ideal for salads, boiling, mash and roasting, all the while knowing you grew them yourself. Perfect to plant from march and to harvest in June and July, potato plants prefer well-drained soil and a full sun position.
