Sweet Pea Patio Mixed Seeds

Enhance your garden with the delightful sweet pea patio mixed seeds. These seeds yield up to four showy, scented blooms per stem in marvellous colours. They are perfect for edging, patio, tubs, and window boxes. To get the best results, sow these seeds indoors, planting them 1.5cm deep with five seeds per 12cm pot of compost. Keep them in a cold frame, greenhouse, or cool windowsill, maintaining a temperature of around 60°f. In about 12-21 days, you'll witness the emergence of delicate seedlings. Encourage bushy growth by pinching out the growing tip after the second pair of leaves appear. Gradually transition the plants to outdoor conditions, avoiding frosts, before planting them 30cm apart with support from tall canes or netting. You can also sow them directly into well-prepared, moist soil. Protect young seedlings from birds and overwinter autumn sowings in a frost-free space.
