Compact and easy to grow, they're ideal for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. Sow seeds 2.5cm deep in well-prepared soil with 30cm spacing between rows. Regular sowings every three weeks ensure a constant supply of these delectable beets. Store harvested roots in dry sand for winter use. Young beet leaves are edible, adding a fresh, earthy flavour to your dishes.
