Revitalize your soil naturally with green manure mustard (white) seeds. These seeds are excellent for breaking up heavy soils, improving soil structure, and suppressing weeds. Sow them outdoors from march to august and dig them in the same year or overwinter. After cutting the plants back, dig them into the soil before they set seed. Broadcast sow on any soil and mow before flowering for extended coverage. Leave the plants in the ground until you need the soil but avoid letting them set seed.
