Sow them 2.5cm deep in well-prepared, watered soil, and you'll see seedlings in 7-21 days. Thin them to 15cm apart and enjoy a continuous supply of leaves. You can pick a few leaves at a time without stripping the plants. Fertile, well-drained soil is ideal, and with the right care, you can enjoy spinach beet throughout the year.
