Discover calypso coriander seeds from wild flower, bred for slow bolting and continuous "cut and come again" cropping. These vigorous bushy plants can be sown indoors or outdoors. Indoors, sow them 0.5cm deep in small pots, and maintain a 15-20°c temperature. Outdoors, sow directly into prepared, watered soil and thin seedlings to 20cm apart. These versatile plants add a unique flavour to curries, chutneys, and salads, especially when you add the bruised leaves at the last minute for maximum flavour.
