If you're a fan of Italian and French parsley, try wild flower's parsley giant of Italy seeds. These versatile herbs can be grown indoors or outdoors. Sow them indoors, maintain a 15-20°c temperature, and then transplant them into your garden or larger pots. When sowing outdoors, plant them directly into well-prepared soil and thin the seedlings to 30cm apart. Both options yield leaves perfect for flavouring salads, sauces, and garnishes. You can even preserve them by drying or freezing, though fresh is always best.
