For a classic garnish and distinct flavour, consider wild flower's parsley moss curled 2 seeds. These herbs are easy to grow, with a long harvest period. Sow them indoors in small pots and maintain a 15-20°c temperature. You can also sow them directly outdoors in well-prepared soil and thin the seedlings to 20cm apart. For preserving the flavour, you can dry or freeze the leaves, but nothing beats the freshness of using them as a garnish or to flavour salads and sauces.
