Are there points?
No, Friends of Squire’s don’t have points but we will send you vouchers on the type of items you purchase so scan your App or card every time you shop.

Why do I have to scan every time I shop?
Scanning your App or card helps us to see what you buy and make sure that we send you vouchers that are relevant to the things you buy. Our Hot drinks reward and Frequent Friends rewards also provides additional benefits for purchases in those areas of Squire’s.

Do I have to pay?
No, it is free to join.
When will I be able to use my vouchers?
As soon as you have downloaded the App and signed up to your account.
If you have a card, they will be available to redeem at the till, just scan you card to redeem.
How do I sign up?
- Online at squiresgardencentres.co.uk/friends-of-squires/
- Download the App from Google Play or App Store
- If you would like the card rather than the App, go in-store and ask a member of staff who will give you a form on a tablet to complete.
Can I sign up via the website?
You can download a link to the rewards App on our Friends of Squire’s webpage.
How do I redeem my vouchers in-store?
Just scan your App or card at the till to redeem Friends of Squire’s offers. If you have any unique vouchers (like a birthday or welcome voucher), show the barcode to the till staff and they can scan them to redeem.
How do I redeem my vouchers online?
Create an online account with the same email address you have for your Friends of Squire’s account. When you get to the checkout, type in the code on your personalised voucher to redeem it online. Exclusive offers will automatically be discounted.
I don’t want an App, can I still join?
One of the reasons we introduced an App is to reduce the use of plastic from a physical loyalty card. However, if you would prefer not to have an App, we can create a digital card for you at the till or you can have a physical key fob sized card (made from biodegradable materials). However, you won’t be able to see all the great offers available to you without the App.
I don’t want you to email me, can I join Friends of Squire’s without providing an email address?
We don’t want to bombard you with emails, however we communicate our T&Cs by email and inform you of your personalised vouchers and exclusive offers. You will need an email address to sign up to Friends of Squires and the App but you can unsubscribe from these emails if you choose to once you have signed up.
I don’t want to tell you my birthday, can I still sign up?
Of course! If you don’t want to share this information, that’s no problem. We only use this information to send you a treat on your birthday, however this is an optional benefit.
I haven’t got the App, how do I find out about Friends of Squire’s offers and news?
If you have signed up to Friends of Squire’s emails, you will receive an email at least once a month with news, advice and your latest offers. If you unsubscribe from emails, we can’t inform you about your latest offers. You can ask a member of staff who can check on your account at the till.
How do I leave Friends of Squire’s loyalty programme?
If you are an App customer and want to delete your account:
Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.
Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
