Squire’s Wokingham was acquired on 1 August 2019.
This centre was once part of a farm that sold fruit to supermarkets, today we stock a wide range of top-quality plants, garden products, garden furniture, BBQ’s and gifts – with a knowledgeable and friendly team on hand to offer expert advice.
In light of the current situation, the soft play area is closed until further notice. It has been temporarily dismantled to make more room for Cafe Bar seating.
All our centres have free parking, free Wi-Fi, disabled facilities and a Café Bar. At this centre we also have:
Our new Food Hall is open!
Located inside the garden centre, it has the same opening hours as the centre – Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10:30am-4:30pm.
The Food Hall offers the very best fresh and local produce. Explore eats and treats including fresh bread and preserves, home baking products such as flour and eggs, dairy delights including cheese and yoghurts, fruit and veg, frozen meals from COOK, and a host of beers, wines and spirits.
Supporting the local community has been at the heart of the Squire’s family philosophy for more than 80 years. The Food Hall brings the best local eats and treats together, along with garden centre goods, under one roof – reducing your food miles and keeping the very best flavours in our community.
We are so confident in the quality of our hardy plants that we are happy to guarantee them for 3 years. We will gladly replace any hardy stock that does fail, provided it has been looked after correctly. Simply return the plant within 3 years, along with original proof of purchase.
In-store & online purchases – We offer a local delivery service within approximately 5-7 miles of our centres. During selected school holiday we run “Create & Grow”, where family activities are designed with young children in mind, giving them the opportunity to get creative, learn more about gardening, wildlife and the natural world whilst getting their hands dirty with a range of gardening and craft activities!
Create & Grow was designed to engage children in learning about nature in a fun and exciting way, with a variety of activities the whole family can get involved, run by our friendly staff.
For details about the next Create & Grow, please visit the events pages or ask a member of staff if not listed.
We are delighted to be supporting COATS as our charity of the year until July 2021.
Our staff chose the charity and are passionate about supporting the local community. We hope to be able to donate a generous amount throughout the year, with thanks to our customers, and to also support the charity on specific projects through the sharing of our time, skills and expertise.
