Do you have a special green fingered someone in your life? Then you’ll know gardening is not just a hobby; it is in fact an obsession! A new plant every other week – or at least the desire for them and the willpower not to buy – veg patches, fruit growing, new pots, knees in several pairs of once good trousers, not remembering planting flowers and then being surprised when they come up, excitement seeing the first butterflies of the year. We know the type all too well, and they are fantastic people!

Review their Tools
How are their tools looking? Are some a bit worse for wear? Have the secateurs seen better days? Has the fork and shovel rusted to the point where they’re about ready to disintegrate? Are there any tools they never had but always wanted? Then why not pick them up some brand new – even premium – tools from their favourite brands? Gardeners always love new tools; without them we couldn’t do all the things we love in the garden.
Garden Tidy Bag
There’s always waste from something, whether leaves in winter, old wood, weeds or moss. A garden tidy bag is an eco-friendly tool that will last for years and make garden tidying and maintenance a bit of an easier job.
New Cool Gloves
Whether their gloves have holes in them or not, gardeners go through gloves fast. Why not opt for some robust pairs or even some with lovely patterns that best represent the gardener in your life?
Gardening Shoes or Funky Wellies
Do they just use old trainers or boots? Well, how about a nice pair of comfy cloggies instead? They slip on and off and are super comfortable for most light garden tasks. If they need something heavier duty, go for a good pair of wellies.

The plants placed inside the terrarium can grow under these special circumstances and adjust over time. The only element you need to provide is sunlight.

Winter is a time when they’ll be doing less outdoors, so why not help them to pass the time to spring enjoy a jigsaw puzzle with them? There are so many with lovely illustrations and designs.
