Squire’s Garden Centres will be hosting its popular Create & Grow activities this summer holiday with a range of paid for and FREE activities over five weeks – perfect to keep the little ones entertained!

Centres* will be running a ‘Decorate a Pair of Pebble Animals’ activity every Monday from 24th July to 21st August, running from 9.30am – 12.30pm, priced at £3 and bookable online or in-store. The painting activity will take about 20 minutes and there will be a different Wildlife theme for each of the five weeks of fun.

In addition, there will be a FREE wildlife themed activity sheet available daily, with a different theme each week – for added interest and so there is always something new to do on each visit – to include: a Pond Word Search, Creepy Crawlies Crossword, Butterfly Maze, Wildlife Colouring Competition and Spot the Difference.  Once an activity sheet is completed, each child will receive a sticker.  No booking is required.

The activities make for a great morning out at Squire’s Garden Centres and can be co-ordinated with a visit to the popular Café Bar, where a light bite can be had, including something from the ‘Little Gardener’s’ menu, perfect for hungry children who have completed their Create & Grow activity.

Sarah Squire, Chairman of Squire’s Garden Centres, comments: “We’re once again delighted to welcome young visitors back to our centres for some fun summer holiday activities, which will take just the right amount of time to keep little ones busy!  We are sure the wildlife themed activities will hit the right note with children who are very aware of their natural surroundings and want to help nature thrive.”
