Squire’s Makes New Year Donations To Local Charities

Squire’s Garden Centres has made New Year donations to four of its ‘Charity of the Year’ partners – space2grow (Squire’s Farnham), Spelthorne Dementia Support (Squire’s Shepperton), Oakleaf Enterprise (Squire’s West Horsley) and Quest RDA (Squire’s Woking) – following the success of its Christmas Grottos held at centres during November and December, which helped raise £5,300 for the local charity. 

The much-loved Christmas Grottos appeared at the four centres over the festive season, with £1 from the sale of every child’s ticket donated to each centre’s ‘Charity of the Year’.

Sarah Squire, Chairman, Squire’s Garden Centres, comments:  “We know many families enjoyed their pre-Christmas visits to our Christmas grottos, which are an important feature of Squire’s fundraising efforts each year. We are delighted that once again they were such a great success and enabled us to raise funds for four important charities within the communities we serve. The money raised will help support the amazing work these charities do over the coming year.”
