Squire’s Garden Centre in Shepperton has unveiled a new Coffee Shop, bringing customers not one, but two distinct eating areas and a choice of dining style, coinciding with the launch of Squire’s new autumn/winter menu.
In response to customer demand, the popular Squire’s Shepperton Café Bar experience now offers a smart Coffee Shop alongside restaurant experience dining. The new, separate Coffee Shop formed from part of the larger restaurant, has been designed for customers who want to pop in for a hot drink and sweet treat – with cakes, pastries and scones being served. It provides speedy counter service and with no need to book. Its fresh feel and airy décor make it the perfect setting for a relaxing visit. Meanwhile, the main restaurant area continues to offer Squire’s extensive menu with its famed breakfast and lunches, with table waiting service and tables can be booked in advance, or customers may simply pop in.
In addition, this week visitors to Squire’s Shepperton restaurant will be able to enjoy a brand new menu for the autumn/winter season. With tasty new additions to the menu including a delicious line-up of ‘small plates’ – perfect for lights bites or sharing a selection – such as Duck or Vegetable Gyozas, Spicy Battered Cauliflower, Halloumi & Harissa Flatbread and Sweet Potato & Chorizo Hash, there is something to tempt even those with the smallest of appetites. Joining many of Squire’s longstanding popular main dishes, there will be Malaysian Curry, Mushroom & Dolcelatte Risotto and Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli.
Sarah Squire, Chairman of Squire’s Garden Centres, comments: “We know Shepperton’s Café Bar is a hugely popular destination for many customers visiting for different reasons, so we believe offering two distinct eating areas – with a restaurant and coffee shop – will be very welcome. We are confident it will continue to be a great place to meet family and friends with a warm Squire’s welcome.
“We have trialed this format, of having our restaurant alongside a coffee shop, at our Badshot Lea centre, and it works well, enabling customers who visit for different reasons to have greater choice – we are sure it will be a super combination for our Shepperton customers.
“I am also delighted with our new restaurant autumn/winter menu, offering a selection of dishes, which perfectly complement many of our customers’ favourites. We are now offering a wonderful range of new flavours as well as our selection of ‘small plates’, which are a great new addition for our customers looking for smaller dishes or for sharing.”
With the addition of the new Coffee Shop, Squire’s Shepperton will also have a new outdoor dog-friendly seating area, for alfresco eating, allowing customers to enjoy a view of the plant area – or simply the company of their pet!
Squire’s Garden Centres has also unveiled its new Christmas Lunch Menu with a delicious line-up of festive treats to help celebrate the season with bookings now open (advanced booking essential; no deposit required).
