Garden Furniture Guarantee
- 3-year structural guarantee on all furniture suites
- 1-year guarantee on soft furnishings (parasols, cushions etc)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Garden Furniture care
- All garden furniture requires a small amount of care and maintenance.
- We recommend using a furniture cover when not in use (apart from on wooden furniture).
- Clean spillages immediately with a damp cloth.
- Avoid Jet washing.
- Clean furniture with a non-abrasive sponge and detergent free soap, allowing to dry fully before covering or storing.
- Do not put hot objects directly on surfaces, please use coasters or mats to protect your furniture.
- Please lift all furniture when moving. Frames can be knocked out of shape if dragged.
- Parasols should be closed and removed when not in use especially during windy conditions.
General care
Metal – all of the above plus the following additions
- Remove all surface dirt with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge, then rinse with a hose.
- In coastal environments aluminium furniture should be washed down with fresh water and covered when not in use.
- If scratched touch up spray may be available – please speak to a members of staff for details.
Wood
- To remove stubborn stains, use fine sandpaper when dry and lightly sand not against the grain.
- When untreated, the colour will naturally get lighter over time and will become rough to the touch as the surface grain lifts. Small cracks may occur as the wood adjusts to the environment. This will not affect structural strength of the furniture.
Cushions
- We advised that cushions are stored away when not in use. Do not leave under a furniture cover for long periods of time.
- Darker coloured cushions are more likely to fade in direct sunlight. Please store away when not in use.
- The majority of our cushions covers can be removed for handwashing (please use lukewarm water) – Do not machine wash as it will damage the water-resistant lining.
- Remove spillages immediately with an absorbent sponge or cloth.
- Although not waterproof, some cushions can be left outside in showers. Should the internal filling become wet please remove cushion cover and allow to dry for at least 48 hours prior to use – please see manufacturers guidance for different styles of cushions.

Outback
General BBQ care
- Clean grill after every use,
- Scrape off any food residue while the barbecue is still warm, avoid touching the metal by hand.
- Clean barbecue with warm soapy water and a cloth, then rinse immediately to prevent the barbeque from rusting.
- Barbecue cleaning tools available. Please ask a member of staff for details.
We recommend using a barbecue cover or storing your barbecue away.
